 Makes Die Handling an Easier Chore.
The Die Handler lift truck attachment from ITE is designed to efficiently handle heavy dies commonly found in fabrication plants throughout the industry. Depending on the placement of the forks in the standard, dual -entry fork pockets, dies up to 20,000 lbs. are easily loaded and unloaded from the front side of attachment. Front and side movement of dies occurs on surfaces ranging from 32" x 36" to 60" x 54", allowing lenty of room for unusual die sizes.
ITE Die Handlers are seecured to the truck forks with a pin placed through matching holes in the attachment and ther forks. Attachment/Truck hook-up time is minimal with quick-disconnect hose couplings to connect to the truck's hydraulic system. A heavy duty hydraulic motor powers a chain-drive mechanism, allowing the draw-bar to push or pull dies with equal force in both directions.
Die Handler chassis is all steel, welded construction, quality workmanship and materials throughout ... and all safety features comply with OSHA standards.
Power pack option allows operator off-truck manipulation where alignment is critical. When smaller trucks are used, the power pack offers additional power.
