ITE Bale Clamps are tough enough to withstand the unusually hard service expected of any bale clamping operations. Box type All-Welded construction clamp body means great strength and rigidity. Slide bars made of cold rolled steel Case -Hardened to a depth of 1/32" translate to durability. Channel-type arms, strongly reinforced and free of any projections which might break the bale bands, are welded to the slide bars to reduce loss of load center and add great strength. Plus, the cylinders with honed cylinder walls and hard, chrome-plated piston rods are built to give thousands of hours of trouble-free service. And, ITE includes, as standard equipment, a pilot-operated locking valve which ensures proper clamping pressure is maintained under the most strenuous load conditions at all times.
